A 1-hour session a few days before our Design Day to review your current projects, establish a list of achievable goals, and clarify any necessary uploads for me to begin creating.

The Timeline

Your time is sacred. Which is why we're going to make the most of it.

  • You apply by filling in the form below. Here, you provide all the necessary details I need to know about you, your business, and what you're currently working on. This way, I already get an idea of how to best support you and estimate the number of days needed for your project.

  • After applying, you'll get an email to schedule our 60-minute Strategy Session to plan your project. During this session, we'll estimate its duration, prioritize tasks, and create a to-do list. This way we'll align your goals for the Design Day with achievable outcomes, agreeing on a clear action plan.

    We'll also discuss what I'll need from you before our Design Day starts, such as brand photos and existing guidelines.

    After our session, you'll get access to your Design Day Client Dashboard where you'll find all essential information, space for you to upload required files, and serve as our collaboration hub from start to finish.

  • We'll kick off the day at 10, starting with our priority list. Between 1 and 2, I'll send over the first draft for your review.

    After receiving your feedback, I'll implement the changes and upload them to your Client Dashboard by 6 p.m. Additionally, I'll provide a list of deliverables for your approval and finalization.

    If further adjustments are needed, I'll address them the next morning. All final files will be uploaded by 12 p.m.

  • A Divine Design Day is my signature service where I function as your personal designer for the entire time booked. It's a fast solution if you want something designed quickly and on a short timeline.

  • Quick decision-makers who are tired of waiting and want to keep the momentum going. If you value your time and want to use it wisely, Design Days are for you. Easily create a consistent look for your brand, whether it's new materials or an upgrade to existing ones. Perfect for launching a course or a podcast, and any design tasks you need ASAP to keep moving forward.

  • The projects we work on are tailored to your needs. For a quick overview of what's possible within the set time, check out the 'Possible Design Day Scenarios' section above.

  • Choosing my Design Day service means investing in my time as your designer, not a fixed set of deliverables. By prioritizing tasks and creating a realistic list, we can focus on getting the important work done. Although I can't guarantee completing all your requests in the 8 hours, my service ensures quick turnaround times. I'm confident we'll handle the essentials, and there's an extra hour included on the next day to address anything you're not happy with.

  • After our Day is finished, take some time to reflect and share any doubts with me. I've reserved an additional hour the next day to finalize your project and upload your files. So, if you want small changes, we can still make that happen.

  • Absolutely! If your project needs more than a day, you can book additional days. I usually have a few available spots each month and am quite flexible, making it easy for you to schedule another day. If your needs aren't clear in your application, we'll go over what's possible during our Strategy Call. If you have more projects, you can book another Design Day or hire me for ongoing Design Days each month with a retainer, and I'll even offer a discount.

  • Yes, usually, but it also depends on what you provide. For example, I'll need text from you, brand photos, and any other things you want to include. We'll discuss these details in our strategy call, and you'll have time to fill in everything on your client dashboard before our day starts.

  • In that case, it's important to start with creating your visual identity first. Without a proper brand look, your designs might end up inconsistent, like a mix of scattered Canva templates. I'm here to ensure you get top-quality results and won't create a page before we establish your branding. However, if it's a sales page for your course, we can create a small visual identity for it and design the page based on that.

    For your overall brand identity, I suggest booking 3 Days. During this time, we'll set you up with the right fonts, logos, colors, brand graphics, and creative direction to guide your brand. Think of it as a long-term investment because you're the face of your brand. You want something recognizable that sets you apart and feels authentic to you. It's like your energetic signature that attracts and transforms clients into paying customers. Investing in your brand identity is investing in your long-term business goals.

  • Booking a Design Day brings quick and valuable results for you and your business. No waiting on long waitlists or spending weeks on a project. These days are short, not drawn out. You commit for one to three days, and it's finished.

    Plus, you get my full attention during the entire booked time. That means my creative energy is all yours, dedicated to your projects.

  • Depending on your project, I suggest booking at least 2-3 weeks ahead. This gives you time, especially for website designs, to prepare your text or maybe even get new photos. It's up to you—whether you're all set and ready to go or still need some time to prepare.

  • Each Design Day is currently priced at 770€. To secure your spot, a deposit of 150€ is required before our Strategy Call, and the remaining payment must be made before the Day begins.

    Because Design Days are very energy-intensive, I only book a limited number of spots each month. If you're interested in scheduling Design Days regularly every month, I'm happy to offer a discount.
